Well, it is rather funny parody not in the least because each girl have somewhat noble goal why they want Peter children and he can't outright deny them without being bad guy.

Sort of parody of typical isekai/fantasy fiction where in 90% of shows MC builds harem from damsels in distress - but there MC didn't wished that.

Yes, the story IS basically one big parody/deconstruction of the Fantasy Harem Trope specifically. It even has the "OP Main Character" aspect, Peter IS the strongest man in the world, the fight he was able to fight off Lucy with a fucking Banana for a long while and even when fully naked was still able to stop a massive sword barehanded in the previous arc show that, it's just extremely easy to forget because all that power is completely useless when it comes to his 'problems' XD

Only issue is he lied about never having any girls over lmao. They are clearly wearing the armor that was found that morning. A recording that goes off 30 mins after being placed lasting 10 seconds. Quite the stretch! (like something else)

Nobody, that was a misconception of Lucy, Luvellia was just so much more "plump" than her that she THOUGHT maybe she was pregnant...she's not, she's still unable to even understand sex and, as stated in the first episode, considers even the description of the act something 'horrible' when associated with babies XP

No one in manga - it was anime all-original episode. Actually the only stuff used from here is dialogue about Peter & Lucy father, but it happened during the events of previous episode, when Lucy just came back.
